Frequently Asked Questions

Web Design and SEO

This is hard to answer! A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project; every website is unique. That’s why I’m going to ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. The web hosting, domain name, and SSL Certificate should also be considered in the overall price. But no worries, my web design fee is fixed to Php 7,000 for non-e-commerce websites and Php 13,000 for e-commerce websites (because those types require more work!).

I do not have my own web hosting and domain registry services but I have my favorite provider: Hostinger

You may purchase the web hosting, domain name and SSL from them on your own and just give me access to it afterwards. OR you may choose to let me do all the work. The cost of web hosting, domain name, and SSL shall be included in the payment upon contract signing.

You may also purchase from other providers. It’s really up to you.

Depending on the website complexity and the client’s participation and involvement to the process, I can finish a simple website in two weeks. The e-commerce types need more time, around two to three weeks. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all these affect the speed of completion.

We will implement these 4 steps in the process of web design:

  1. Consultation – We need to discuss the features, functionalities, and other requirements of your website. You may schedule a free consultation here.
  2. Agreement and Input – When we have agreed on the details of the design and functionality, I will draft the contract. Upon signing and payment of fees, I will then collect your input. This refers to the content such as texts, photos,  videos, and other stuff we will put in your site.
  3. Designing Process and Approval – I’ll be doing the dirty work here. I will consult you every step of the way and your feedback regarding my work is a must. Revisions will also be made during this step.
  4. Final approval and Turnover – Upon final approval and payment of remaining fees, I will start the turnover process. We will set a Zoom or Skype call so I can teach you how to navigate through your website. A PDF format of tutorials will also be provided to you. The username and password will be given to you and you can change them according to your preference.

There you have it!

Yes. WordPress is a great content management system that now powers more than 30% of the web. Its huge market share is due to it’s flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, I’m going to teach you how to access its basic functions so you can add posts and pages easily even without my help. I usually provide tutorials in PDF format, but you can send me a message anytime and I will try to respond within a 24-hour time frame.

Basic on-page SEO configurations include setting up your permalinks structure, configuring relevant plugins, and adding keywords to your homepage. Off-page SEO included is registry to Google Search Console and submitting your Sitemap for indexing (so you will appear on Google Search).

Yes! After our agreement has been completed, I will teach you how to do the basic updating of your website through a video call and through a PDF file that you can refer to anytime.

Of course! I offer a low-cost website maintenance. For only Php 500.00 per month, I will take care of your website’s health. You may avail the monthly maintenance, the bi-monthly maintenance, the quarterly maintenance, or just submit a request for maintenance when you need one (no strings attached).

Yes! All my designs are responsive to any device. Mobile website is the trend now because almost all users are using phones when searching the internet.

I have two payment options: (1) Full payment upon contract signing; or (2) 50% upon contract signing and 50% before turnover of website.

For local clients, I accept payments through Bank Transfers or Deposits.

For international clients, I accept payments through Payoneer and Paypal.

A lot! Your inputs and feedback are crucial to this process. All contents must come from you, actually. The texts, photos, videos, and other elements will be your contribution; mine would be the dirty work of putting them all into a one functional and beautiful website. However, should you require assistance in the technicalities of the content (grammar, creativity, etc.), I can do it too at an additional cost.

Video Editing | Voice Over

It depends on the length of the video and the editing complexity. But for 1-5 minute videos with basic editing and little effects, turnaround time is 2 days.

You should create a Google Drive folder and share it to me. I will send you my email upon contract signing. The finished product will also be uploaded on the same folder.

As much as possible, I want to deliver your video in just one editing. But the world is not perfect, so I allow 2 revisions per video project. I will upload a low-resolution video with watermark in our Google Drive and from there, you should review and give me comments with as many detailed information as possible.

I use Movavi Video Editor. Don’t ask me if I know how to use Adobe After Effects because I don’t like complicated things. Hahahaha!

I can do a casual female voice with neutral accent in English and Filipino and a female child voice with neutral accent in English and Filipino.

I have two payment options: (1) Full payment upon contract signing; or (2) 50% upon contract signing and 50% before turnover of the videos.

For local clients, I accept payments through Bank Transfers or Deposits.

For international clients, I accept payments through Payoneer and Paypal.

A lot! Your inputs and feedback are crucial to the process of video editing. All contents must come from you, actually. The script, photos, videos, and other elements will be your contribution; mine would be the dirty work of putting them all into a presentable video.
